I was very surprised firstly at how quick he resolved the issue and pleased at how efficient he is at knowing exactly what is required, the price he gave me and his friendly manner. He was very quick in responding to my request to fix my window hinge: my window was fixed within half an hour of contacting him about the job. His quote was less than my usual window repairer shop and he did the job sooner than they were going to do it. When I explained to Darren my difficulties to have a tradesman in my house due to my severe OCD, he was very respectful of my health condition and he did his best to minimise any discomfort I might experience, by being very mindful of where he was putting his tools. I’m definitely keeping his details for all my future jobs

Repairing a broken lock mechanism

Dan did a brilliant job. He was quick, honest and professional. He repaired damage done by an amateur cowboy a few days before. I would recommend this local business to anyone needing a great quality locksmith. Just wish I had come to them first!

Realigning the door

Unable to lock my front door, messaged Dan who replied right away and was at my house first thing to fix it. Great bloke, reliable and on time. Would highly recommend.

UPVC door repair

I contacted Dan via a what’s app message and he responded and called to my address within the hour. He gave an honest and professional opinion of what could and could not be done and as I could not confirm the make of the door I was impressed by his expertise and knowledge and would have no hesitation recommending or using him again in the future.

Upvc utility door mechanism not operating by handle

Excellent from start to finish! Contacted Dan for a non-emergency door repair on Friday evening. Phone was answered promptly and professionally. We quickly agreed a time for the repair for 10am the followed morning. Dan arrived on time and set straight to work. He very quickly had the door opened (with no damage) to gain access to the faulty mechanism, for which he had a spare on the van. Door back up and running within an hour of arriving. Would definitely use Dan again.

Dodgy French doors

Our French windows handle had broken and Dan came out to have a look. Unfortunately he doesn’t deal with doors like ours as it’s very old and basically needs completely replacing. Dan did everything he could to secure it for us while we organise the replacement and he has recommended a colleague to do it for us. He also didn’t charge us for coming to have a look, which was very kind!
