He was quickly contacted and attended within the hour. Access was gained to my property and the lock repaired without the need for a new lock. No damage was caused. An extremely professional service from start to finish, I recommend totally and would use again without hesitation.

Again he arrived on time and they worked quickly and efficiently and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product! I’m a single mum so I’m nervous when tradesmen have to come into my house, Dan put me at ease straight away and I would highly recommend him.

Can’t praise this company enough. This is the second time I have asked them to do work for me and both times they have done an excellent job. They fitted four double glazed sealed units and also fixed a loose front door at no additional cost. The work was completed on time without any mess. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Replacement of 3 upvc window locks that had seized and were unable to lock fully.

Called on Wednesday to enquire about a quote for replacing 3 UPVC window locks that had seized, thus stopping the windows being fully closed/locked properly. Quote was very reasonable. Guys came on the Friday morning (COVID secure with masks, distancing and disinfecting) all the locks were repaired swiftly, all mess was cleaned and the works undertaken was fully explained too. Would highly recommend!

Dan gave me an estimate over the phone after seeing a photo of the problem. The guys turned up the same day and replaced hinges quickly and efficiently without mess. I was also advised on how to stop the problem recurring. I would be happy to recommend this company – they are friendly, straightforward and efficient.
