Dan came out at 10 am today after going to his suppliers, they didn’t have the parts required, he took the old locking mechanism out and took it with him to another suppliers in Washington, luckily they had the parts. Dan put the new locking mechanism on and took the old one away, he was polite, friendly, and a very tidy worker who did go the extra mile. Don’t use anyone else if you want a professional job done.”
