New doors in Newcastle – Our French windows handle had broken and Dan came out to have a look. Unfortunately he doesn’t deal with doors like ours as it’s very old and basically needs completely replacing. Dan did everything he could to secure it for us while we organise the replacement and he has recommended a colleague to do it for us. He also didn’t charge us for coming to have a look, which was very kind!

Contacted Dan, explained the problem. He was at the property within 20 minutes. Job completed within 30 minutes. Excellent service, I would highly recommend the company.

Problem with front door not closing reliably.

Called DR at 08:45 and was fortunate he was in our area and could fit us in. He arrived 09:15 and quickly assessed the component on the door that was causing our problem and was able to correct this expeditiously and to our complete satisfaction. Cost of job I fund very reasonable and the service provided out of this world. DR was a very personable, courteous and confident tradesman and would not hesitate to use him again if the need arose. Replaced a broken locking mechanism on our French doors and replaced hinges on a window unit.

Quick to respond, great service, no mess, removed shoes before walking on carpets, made an excellent job including readjusting the door, fair price. Spoke in the evening and Dan squeezed us in next day which we were grateful for. No hesitation recommending.

Dan was lovely and very professional. I rang early in the morning about the problem with my front door. The quote over the phone was spot on and he was there before lunch time to come fix it. Will definitely use again if needed.

Mechanism and lock failing on composite door and sticking

Just wow! Messaged this company this morning on Checkatrade, within half an hr Laura rang to say the tradesman could be out before 12 he arrived before 11, looked at my door explained exactly what had failed the manufacturer that makes them, the part needed cost and how the part failed. Had the part fitted there and then. Done additional adjusting to help with the opening and closing of the door, asked me to test to see if I was happy, also said to give him a call and he would be straight back out if any problems occurred. He was professional and a propped tradesman 100% recommend thanks Dan
