Very quick and friendly service

Cloudy window glass was replaced and two window locks were repaired.

The work was completed to a high standard and I can now open my bedroom window easily opposed to before when I could not manage to open it. The cloudy glass has been replaced and is so much better than before. The work was very efficient and mess free.

Multi point lock

Fixed a multi-point lock. Explained step by step and very helpful

Replaced locking mechanism on UPVC window.

“Daniel came on time to the flat within a couple of hours and replaced the locking mechanism on a UPVC window. Excellent job to agreed price. A nice guy.”

Replacement locks.

“Locks needed changing, phoned at lunchtime at he was there an hour or two later. He advised on the best type to use (not the most expensive!) and quickly fitted them. Very quick, tidy and professional, would definitely use them again.”

Replacement of lock mechanism on upvc door (>20 year old).

“The work was completed approx. 3 hrs from initial call to completion. As I was unable to secure my home, Mr Locks called to review the job within the hour. After one phone call to his supplier he quoted a price for parts and labour within a few minutes. Very friendly and professional. I did have another local company out that morning and they stated that the door was too old to repair (parts were obsolete) and a new door would be required at the cost of £X min.”
