We quickly agreed a time for the repair for 10am the followed morning. Dan arrived on time and set straight to work. He very quickly had the door opened (with no damage) to gain access to the faulty mechanism, for which he had a spare on the van. Door back up and running within an hour of arriving. Dan did a great job, can out and give us a price, then give him the go ahead to do the job, we agreed day and time, Dan arrived when he said he would and completed the work He was polite and cleared away any mess it’s was only a small amount, would recommend Dan Thank you.

Replaced broken hinges in upstairs window.

Darren was very quick in responding to my request to fix my window hinge: my window was fixed within half an hour of contacting him about the job. His quote was less than my usual window repairer shop and he did the job sooner than they were going to do it. When I explained to Darren my difficulties to have a tradesman in my house due to my severe OCD, he was very respectful of my health condition and he did his best to minimise any discomfort I might experience, by being very mindful of where he was putting his tools. I’m definitely keeping his details for all my future jobs :o)
