New double glazed glass including cat flap
Fantastic service. Keyglaze called shortly after I’d put my job request in. They came out measured the glass and the next week came out with the new glass and cat flap. Fitted without any fuss. Fitters were very polite and respectful of my property. They definitely were knowledgeable and would recommend.
Fixed two sets of French doors that were not closing properly
Great service from Dan and his team fixing our doors that were not closing properly. It turned out the hinge mechanism was a very unusual one and the doors had not been properly fitted originally. However, the lads persisted with a difficult job (another locksmith had tried and failed) and managed to fix them. They were very clear at all stages about what they were doing and offered advice on how to avoid the problem happening again. Very good communication before and during the visit, friendly and respectful (taking boots off etc.) and very knowledgeable of their trade. Recommend highly.
Replacement door handle on my kitchen window
Door handle came off my window early AM, made a call to Key Glaze who scheduled to come out that same morning. Communication was fab and the guy fixed it up no problems. Really reasonably priced too. Saved my life! Highly recommend this company.
