Dan and his assistant were polite very professional And punctual keeping me informed by phone when they were on their way. I had explained that I needed to be at the property as my mother has Alzheimer’s and Dan was very understanding. They even fitted the vertical blinds back up when they were finished! After they Fitted the glass they cleaned it and asked if we were happy before they left. They both were very careful to keep their distance from us and they both wore masks during the time they were with us. They took away any cloths and wipes that they used. Highly recommended!
New window panes and window handle and lock
Dan was really friendly and professional and quick to come out to quote for and complete the work. Would definitely use again!
Replace front door lock
Moved into new property and required the front door lock replacing. Dan arrived promptly and the lock was changed without any fuss. He provided us with three spare keys and advised where to get more spares cut. He was very courteous and polite and would highly recommend him.
Realigned badly fitted door which I was unable to lock.
Dan is extremely courteous and polite. He arrived promptly and realigned the kitchen door solving the problem of not being able to lock the door. I will certainly use him again.
