Dan came out to initially board up and then replace the glass panel in my door following it shattering. He came within 45minutes of calling him on a Sunday – prompt, efficient and friendly service. Dan was chatty and pleasant. Reasonable prices. When Dan returned just three days later to fit the glass he went above the call of duty also fixing my step at no extra cost! Highly recommended, wouldn’t hesitate to contact again.

We recently used this company to change our door lock that had jammed open and wouldnt shut or lock at all. Right from the start Dan the locksmith was brilliant he reassured us when we were worried we would miss our train as we were going to visit family and he had it fixed in no time and left no mess what so ever. Replace front door lock

Dan responded very quickly, replacing the front door lock, which was sticking and couldn’t be used. He was polite and friendly, and kept me informed about what needed doing and then got on and did it. He went out of his way to get the job done and dusted on the day, including getting extra keys cut, which was much appreciated. Used Dan few times now. Excellent service. Excellent work. We had several windows in a rental property that wouldn’t open and shut . We were going to get them replaced as they were old. But Dan was able to repair and replace the hinges and made them good as new. And a door mechanism was causing issues with locking the door, replaced in no time. Alot of his materials are on his van so many occasions you will get a quick fix.

Some of our recent jobs

A Lady in Jarrow called us because she had a jammed shut stable type door, We quickly opened the door up and found that the top part of the mechanism/multi-point locking system had failed. We called our parts supplier and to buy a new mechanism for this particular KFV branded unit was nearly £200 just in parts. We adapted a standard KFV multi-point lock and did it for half of the original quotation. The customer was very happy with the end result. The door worked great, we supplied and fitted a new cylinder and re-aligned the door Free of charge. We specialise in UPVC door repairs and we can source Multi-point Locking systems that other companies can not at a very competitive price.

Door repair in Wallsend today, A customers door had jammed shut and wouldn’t open for them. We opened up the door and replaced a FUHR mechanism and cylinder and adjusted the hinges while we were there. One happy customer and another good doors life extended.

Multi-point lock repaired same day highly recommend

Another jammed closed UPVC door, This job was for a tenant in Cramlington. The door had completely jammed up and the mechanism had failed. We quickly opened the door up and changed the multi-point locking system. the turn around on this job was an hour. It might be a pain in the neck when a door doesn’t operate properly but more importantly it is a massive safety issue as your doors are a point of exit in an emergency. don’t hesitate to call us. We also supplied and fitted a new euro cylinder while we were there.
