Dan and his team replaced several glass units in windows of our first home. The work was carried out efficiently and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend their service.

He gave an honest and professional opinion of what could and could not be done and as I could not confirm the make of the door I was impressed by his expertise and knowledge and would have no hesitation recommending or using him again in the future.
Dan was excellent from the very start, he arrived on time for the quote he was friendly and polite. The quote was reasonable so I booked him in the following week. Again he arrived on time and they worked quickly and efficiently and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product! I’m a single mum so I’m nervous when tradesmen have to come into my house, Dan put me at ease straight away and I would highly recommend him.

The work was done to a high standard. It was explained from start to finish what we needed no pushy sales with some great advise. After the work was done everything was tidied up and old glass taken away. We are looking to get a new front door also and will no doubt use these guys again

Dan and his assistant were polite very professional And punctual keeping me informed by phone when they were on their way. I had explained that I needed to be at the property as my mother has Alzheimer’s and Dan was very understanding. They even fitted the vertical blinds back up when they were finished! After they Fitted the glass they cleaned it and asked if we were happy before they left. They both were very careful to keep their distance from us and they both wore masks during the time they were with us. They took away any cloths and wipes that they used. Highly recommended!

The gentleman who I now know as Dan was very accommodating on the telephone and agreed to visit my house at a time suitable to me. He arrived at my house promptly and introduced himself. Dan removed his shoes before entering my house, without being asked to do so. Dan explained what he would be doing to fix my window locks and stated the time it would take. Replaced broken hinges in upstairs window. “Darren was very quick in responding to my request to fix my window hinge: my window was fixed within half an hour of contacting him about the job. His quote was less than my usual window repairer shop and he did the job sooner than they were going to do it. When I explained to Darren my difficulties to have a tradesman in my house due to my severe OCD, he was very respectful of my health condition and he did his best to minimise any discomfort I might experience, by being very mindful of where he was putting his tools.
