Upvc utility door mechanism not operating by handle

Excellent from start to finish! Contacted Dan for a non-emergency door repair on Friday evening. Phone was answered promptly and professionally. We quickly agreed a time for the repair for 10am the followed morning. Dan arrived on time and set straight to work. He very quickly had the door opened (with no damage) to gain access to the faulty mechanism, for which he had a spare on the van. Door back up and running within an hour of arriving. Would definitely use Dan again.

Window beading was refitted following the window being popped for a furniture delivery

Dan was great, I was in a spot of bother trying to get our window beads refitted after having the window removed. Very responsive, was with me in around an hour of requesting the job and it was completed swiftly and competently. Very reasonably priced too. Would use again and recommend him too.

Replacement of 3 upvc window locks that had seized and were unable to lock fully.

Called on Wednesday to enquire about a quote for replacing 3 upvc window locks that had seized, thus stopping the windows being fully closed/locked properly. Quote was very reasonable-£95 per window. Guys came on the Friday morning (COVID secure with masks, distancing and disinfecting) all the locks were repaired swiftly, all mess was cleaned and the works undertaken was fully explained too. Would highly recommend!

Bedroom window was stuck open.

Dan gave me an estimate over the phone after seeing a photo of the problem. The guys turned up the same day and replaced hinges quickly and efficiently without mess. I was also advised on how to stop the problem recurring. I would be happy to recommend this company – they are friendly, straightforward and efficient.

Locks replaced in front door and window lock repaired

I have used Dan a number of times for locks, main door and a window lock fixed. Every time Dan has been on time or early and is so quick to do a repair! He is courteous and extremely helpful and has also at times charged us less than we expected due to discovering the issue wasn’t as serious as originally thought. Can’t recommend high enough, don’t go anywhere else, we certainly won’t be!

New window fitted

Really pleased with Dan’s work, he completed the job quickly and him and his work colleague wore masks for their visit which I appreciated. Dan was friendly and courteous and kept in good contact about when the replacement window was ready. The new window looks excellent ! Their visit was a breeze and I’d definitely recommend Dan to others 🙂 cheers Dan!

Replacing window lock

This is the second time I have used this Company. Always helpful, arrive on time, nice friendly lad did the work. Very quick and efficient. Will contact them again when next lock gives up. Would most certainly recommend
