Dan came out to initially board up and then replace the glass panel in my door following it shattering. He came within 45minutes of calling him on a Sunday – prompt, efficient and friendly service. Dan was chatty and pleasant. Reasonable prices. When Dan returned just three days later to fit the glass he went above the call of duty also fixing my step at no extra cost! Highly recommended, wouldn’t hesitate to contact again.

We recently used this company to change our door lock that had jammed open and wouldnt shut or lock at all. Right from the start Dan the locksmith was brilliant he reassured us when we were worried we would miss our train as we were going to visit family and he had it fixed in no time and left no mess what so ever. Would use again without a doubt!

Double glazing repairs South shields – Excellent from start to finish! Contacted Dan for a non-emergency door repair on Friday evening. Phone was answered promptly and professionally. We quickly agreed a time for the repair for 10am the followed morning. Dan arrived on time and set straight to work. He very quickly had the door opened (with no damage) to gain access to the faulty mechanism, for which he had a spare on the van. Door back up and running within an hour of arriving. Would definitely use Dan again.

Replacement of glass units for existing pvc windows

Dan and his team replaced several glass units in windows of our first home. The work was carried out efficiently and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend their service.

Hinges replaced on bathroom window

Rang in the morning and Dan came to sort broken hinges on window that wouldn’t close. Super prompt service Other repairers were either quoting higher price or couldn’t do job for a couple of weeks.

Replaced locking window handle

Dan responded promptly to my phone call and arranged an appointment with him within a few days to replace a broken window handle. He was tidy and worked quickly to get the job done. Would recommend and use again.

Repair of Window Lock

The tradesman was punctual, friendly, polite and efficient. He carried out the task quickly and with the minimum of fuss. Price was reasonable and I would highly recommend this business to other customers. Well done and thank you.

Work on my French doors and two new window locks

Dan did a great job, can out and give us a price, then give him the go ahead to do the job, we agreed day and time, Dan arrived when he said he would and completed the work He was polite and cleared away any mess it’s was only a small amount, would recommend Dan Thank you.

Replaced broken hinges in upstairs window.

Darren was very quick in responding to my request to fix my window hinge: my window was fixed within half an hour of contacting him about the job. His quote was less than my usual window repairer shop and he did the job sooner than they were going to do it. When I explained to Darren my difficulties to have a tradesman in my house due to my severe OCD, he was very respectful of my health condition and he did his best to minimise any discomfort I might experience, by being very mindful of where he was putting his tools. I’m definitely keeping his details for all my future jobs :o)
