Just wow! Messaged this company this morning on checkatrade, within half an hr Laura rang to say the tradesman could be out before 12 he arrived before 11, looked at my door explained exactly what had failed the manufacturer that makes them, the part needed cost and how the part failed. Had the part fitted there and then. Done additional adjusting to help with the opening and closing of the door, asked me to test to see if I was happy, also said to give him a call and he would be straight back out if any problems occurred. He was professional and a propped tradesman 100% recommend thanks Dan.
After speaking with Laura on the phone explaining my situation with my door on my bi folds that wouldn’t lock she gave me a price and let me know when job could be done. They were on time and explained what the issues were and what was happening to fix it. Great service all round and will definitely be using them again.
Needed an emergency locksmith thinking lock was broke and Dan noticed it wasn’t the lock but door not straight preventing lock working, so straightened the door really quickly and problem fixed rapidly.

I used Keyglaze to replace double glazing, Laura who initially dealt with my request was very communicative and within a week the job was done. Dan and his work partner did the job professionally , were prompt and left no mess they were very personable and I cannot recommend this company highly enough I would use again and recommend to my friends and family. I was also impressed that despite the company is not based in my area they kept to exact times all in all an excellent experience 10/10.
The work was done to a high standard. It was explained from start to finish what we needed no pushy sales with some great advise. After the work was done everything was tidied up and old glass taken away. We are looking to get a new front door also and will no doubt use these guys again.

I sadly had a brick thrown at my front window and I was distraught. I phoned up and spoke to Laura and she got one of the Team round the next day and ordered the replacement glass straight away 10 days later it was fitted and like it never happened. Very Friendly Very Professional Reasonable Prices.

Dan and the lads did a fantastic job fitting four new windows, including one dormer. Keyglaze were brilliant from start to finish. From Laura in the office to Dan and the lads. Dan visited the property prior to see what we wanted and explained everything to us clearly and what our options were. We were given a really reasonable quote, and Dan and the lads turned up early, on the date specified and put in a hard day’s graft to get the windows in despite being a man down at certain points. They tidied up at the end of the day and even put our blinds back up. Highly recommend!
