Our French windows handle had broken and Dan came out to have a look. Unfortunately he doesn’t deal with doors like ours as it’s very old and basically needs completely replacing. Dan did everything he could to secure it for us while we organise the replacement and he has recommended a colleague to do it for us. He also didn’t charge us for coming to have a look, which was very kind!

Dan came out to initially board up and then replace the glass panel in my door following it shattering. He came within 45minutes of calling him on a Sunday – prompt, efficient and friendly service. Dan was chatty and pleasant. Reasonable prices. When Dan returned just three days later to fit the glass he went above the call of duty also fixing my step at no extra cost! Highly recommended, wouldn’t hesitate to contact again.

His quote was less than my usual window repairer shop and he did the job sooner than they were going to do it. Dan was great, I was in a spot of bother trying to get our window beads refitted after having the window removed. Very responsive, was with me in around an hour of requesting the job and it was completed swiftly and competently. Very reasonably priced too. Would use again and recommend him too.
