Very quick, reliable and friendly service. I rang Keyglaze late on a Thursday afternoon. They arrived early the next day and repaired my window in less than half an hour at a good price.
Great service from Dan and his team fixing our doors that were not closing properly. It turned out the hinge mechanism was a very unusual one and the doors had not been properly fitted originally. However, the lads persisted with a difficult job (another locksmith had tried and failed) and managed to fix them. They were very clear at all stages about what they were doing and offered advice on how to avoid the problem happening again. Very good communication before and during the visit, friendly and respectful (taking boots off etc.) and very knowledgeable of their trade. Recommend highly.

I have used Dan a number of times for locks, main door and a window lock fixed. Every time Dan has been on time or early and is so quick to do a repair! He is courteous and extremely helpful and has also at times charged us less than we expected due to discovering the issue wasn’t as serious as originally thought. Can’t recommend high enough, don’t go anywhere else, we certainly won’t be!

Can’t praise this company enough. This is the second time I have asked them to do work for me and both times they have done an excellent job. Used Dan few times now. Excellent service. Excellent work. We had several windows in a rental property that wouldn’t open and shut . We were going to get them replaced as they were old. But Dan was able to repair and replace the hinges and made them good as new. And a door mechanism was causing issues with locking the door, replaced in no time. A Lady in Jarrow called us because she had a jammed shut stable type door, We quickly opened the door up and found that the top part of the mechanism/multi-point locking system had failed. We called our parts supplier and to buy a new mechanism for this particular KFV branded unit was nearly £200 just in parts. We adapted a standard KFV multi-point lock and did it for half of the original quotation. The customer was very happy with the end result. The door worked great, we supplied and fitted a new cylinder and re-aligned the door Free of charge.
