UPVC door repairs Newcastle upon Tyne – “What can I say but absolutely fantastic service, sent pictures to Dan at 8.30 pm Saturday night, from these pictures he advised that the door could be repaired, I was very impressed. Dan came out at 10 am today after going to his suppliers, they didn’t have the parts required, he took the old locking mechanism out and took it with him to another suppliers in Washington, luckily they had the parts. Dan put the new locking mechanism on and took the old one away, he was polite, friendly, and a very tidy worker who did go the extra mile. Don’t use anyone else if you want a professional job done.”

“The work was completed within the time to allow for the fixed price to be maintained. The work was at the home of my mother who is in her 90s. After I had left her house, she phoned me to say that the door handle was too stiff for her to open it. When I phoned D.R Locks, he was very busy but agreed to find time between jobs to go to my mother’s house. I got to the house just a few minutes before him and he adjusted the locking mechanisms so that my mother could easily lock or unlock the door. No extra charge was requested. I recommend this tradesman.”
