Dan was very efficient- job was less than quoted as no parts required , only an adjustment to the handle as spindle had dislodged!

Dan came to our rescue after our front door jammed. He quoted a price in the phone. Arrived promptly and was absolutely lovely. Did the job quickly and efficiently and our door works perfectly. Would 100% recommend Dan, and if anything goes wrong in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to have Dan back to do the job.

Can’t praise this company enough. This is the second time I have asked them to do work for me and both times they have done an excellent job. They fitted four double glazed sealed units and also fixed a loose front door at no additional cost. The work was completed on time without any mess. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Mechanism and lock failing on composite door and sticking

Just wow! Messaged this company this morning on Checkatrade, within half an hr Laura rang to say the tradesman could be out before 12 he arrived before 11, looked at my door explained exactly what had failed the manufacturer that makes them, the part needed cost and how the part failed. Had the part fitted there and then. Done additional adjusting to help with the opening and closing of the door, asked me to test to see if I was happy, also said to give him a call and he would be straight back out if any problems occurred. He was professional and a proper tradesman 100% recommend thanks Dan.

I only contacted Keyglaze yesterday and Laura arranged for Dan and Mike to come out today. The lads were lovely, professional, knowledgeable and fitted the new lock quickly and efficiently. As my daughter is autistic, she struggles with any change so Laura let me know when the lads were on their way so I could get her settled. Well overdue review!!
Dan came out to initially board up and then replace the glass panel in my door following it shattering. He came within 45minutes of calling him on a Sunday – prompt, efficient and friendly service. Dan was chatty and pleasant. Reasonable prices. When Dan returned just three days later to fit the glass he went above the call of duty also fixing my step at no extra cost! Highly recommended, wouldn’t hesitate to contact again.

We recently used this company to change our door lock that had jammed open and wouldnt shut or lock at all. Right from the start Dan the locksmith was brilliant he reassured us when we were worried we would miss our train as we were going to visit family and he had it fixed in no time and left no mess what so ever. Upvc utility door mechanism not operating by handle

Excellent from start to finish! Contacted Dan for a non-emergency door repair on Friday evening. Phone was answered promptly and professionally. We quickly agreed a time for the repair for 10am the followed morning. Dan arrived on time and set straight to work. He very quickly had the door opened (with no damage) to gain access to the faulty mechanism, for which he had a spare on the van. Door back up and running within an hour of arriving. New French doors supplied and fitted – UPVC door repairs

Have used Dan’s services 3 times now. Extremely professional. Kind and reliable. One job actually turned out to be cheaper than first quoted. Amazing gentleman.

Replace front door lock

Dan responded very quickly, replacing the front door lock, which was sticking and couldn’t be used. He was polite and friendly, and kept me informed about what needed doing and then got on and did it. He went out of his way to get the job done and dusted on the day, including getting extra keys cut, which was much appreciated. I’ve used Dan’s services previously and would be pleased to use his services again.
